If the site, cPanel or mail is down only from your network but works from mobile data, your public IP was almost certainly denied after failed logins or repeated WAF hits. Everyone else still reaches the server.
- Find your public IP.
- WHM → Lion Server Firewall → IP / CIDR.
- Click Simulate (read-only) or open Recent bans.
- If DENY: Remove the block, or Allow for a static office IP. Allow always wins over deny, blocklists and GeoIP.
If it comes back the same day, fix the bad password or the plugin hitting the WAF first.
